Eva Sapi, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor, University
Research Scholar and Graduate Program Coordinator at the
Department of Biology and Environmental Science at the
University of New Haven, Connecticut. She has nineteen
years of experience in molecular biology and specializes

Dr. Sapi spoke with me about two significant research
projects, partially funded by the Turn the Corner
Foundation, that she and her Lyme research team are
currently studying. Her main goal in Lyme research is
